Negative Impact of Coffee

Here are some of the negative impacts of our habits of consuming coffee, the dangers of coffee for health should not be considered trivial, please read carefully: 



1. Heartbeat High. The content of caffeine in coffee can increase heart rate. Therefore for people with heart attacks should avoid excessive coffee consumption. 

2. Stomach Acid. Consuming coffee can increase the acid levels of the stomach which will lead to tibulnya ulcer disease.

3. Weakens the immune system. The content of caffeine in coffee has the properties of absorbing vitamins, minerals, and fluids in the body. This can cause our immune system to become weak. Therefore get used to drinking water after we consume coffee.

4. Tad triglycerides high. Coffee can increase the levels of triglycerides and cholesterol in the body, this will result in fat deposits in the body and constriction of blood vessels which can cause a heart attack or stroke. 


5. Not good for pregnant mother's fetus. Caffeine can invade the placenta, blood circulation, and heart rate in the fetus in the womb. This can cause a miscarriage. Therefore, for pregnant women it is advisable not to consume coffee.
 
6. Insomnia. May cause insomnia or insomnia. 

7. Destructive Teeth. Coffee can cause disturbances in the teeth, the cavities and yellow teeth cause, and lead to tartar. 

8. Restlessness. Too often consume coffee will make us so restless, heart palpitations, and hands trembling. Even nausea and vomiting occur. 

9. Hypertension. Compounds in coffee can lead to increased blood pressure. This can lead to hypertension or better known high blood pressure. Coffee is a high-risk cause of rapidly rising blood for people with hypertension. 

10 Urine production increases. Caffeine can increase blood flow to the kidneys and increase urine production. So do not be surprised if we meet someone who more frequent urination after consuming coffee and tea.
